Ok, so, now down to business...
We need to have EVERYONE at the meeting, this Thursday (Oct. 6th). It's really important that we sort everything out.

I need to know who can is getting what bands to play?
Please leave a comment. And, those people need to double check ASAP if those bands can still play, now that we have a set date and time, and get all of their contact information etc. etc.

We need someone in charge of advertisement, bands, who can figure out (or, I guess get a crew cheif) for lighting and sound??

Ok, well, we need to get the show on the road : D

I thought everyone was in charge of their individual bands (??)

Anyway...I'm SO excited Lizzie...I haven't gotten the word back on whether or not Matt's band will be able to play, so I will let you know as soon as I hear.

And let me know...well I'm sure you will at the meeting tomorrow...all the areas you need help in. I can't tell you how thrilled I am that this is actually going to work out this year and don't have any major service things going on so let me know what you need me to do! I'm totally up for anything.
